Guides
Jelly Force Guides and Explainers, in Reading Order
Quick answer
Two long guides sit here, one on reading a proprietary blend and one on gummy formats. Three posts go wider than this label. Nineteen product pages cover the panel, daily use, safety, packs, delivery and the 60-day window. The reading order below starts with the panel, because every number does.
Two guides, three posts, one product
Start anywhere. The reading order below is the one that wastes the least time.
The hub holds three kinds of page. Guides teach a reading skill. Posts follow one question out to its sources. Product pages report what this wrap prints.
All three lead back to the same panel, because a single blend figure is the fact that shapes everything else about this gummy.
Reading a proprietary blend
How one 82 mg figure hides nine amounts, and what a reader can still work out from a panel like this one.

A reading order that answers the money question last
Read the panel first
The Supplement Facts page types out every printed line, including the sugar, the caffeine and the 82 mg blend row.
Learn what a blend hides
The proprietary blend guide explains why nine names beside one number leaves eight amounts unknowable.
Check the ingredients against public sources
The ingredients page works through all nine, including the three with almost no human research behind them.
Check the safety questions that apply to you
The side effects page names the real interactions, and the fit page handles the groups the label rules out.
Decide what a fair expectation looks like
The results page explains why no honest timeline can be printed for a blend this small.
Only then compare packs and the window
Pricing compares what each pack holds, and the guarantee page sets out the 60 days.
What each guide settles
Reading a proprietary blend
One panel row carries nine ingredient names and the figure 82 mg. Only caffeine is broken out, at 5 mg.
The guide works through what can still be deduced from that. The maximum any one ingredient could be. Why the order of the names carries no weight. And why "equivalent to approximately 567 mg of dry powders" describes raw plant material before extraction rather than the gummy.
Gummy versus capsule supplements
A gummy has to taste good, which changes the formula before any active is added. This guide covers the 3 g of added sugar per piece and the ceiling a chewable puts on how much powder will fit.
It also covers storage. The label asks for 59 to 86 degrees F, and heat above that is what fuses gummies together. One piece a day is a smaller dose than most capsule products carry, and the format is the reason.
Three posts, three questions
How much is actually in a gummy?
Amounts. 82 mg split nine ways, and the arithmetic that follows from it.

Claims. Four printed support claims, and what federal sources say about the ingredients behind them.

Buying. Why a 60-day window and a 30-day bottle pull in different directions.

Five facts that follow you through every page
- The blend totals 82 mg and nine ingredients share it. The label prints no amount for eight of the nine.
- "Equivalent to approximately 567 mg of dry powders" describes raw plant material before extraction, not what sits in a gummy.
- The "Inside Jelly Force" graphic names five ingredients. The panel names nine, so green tea extract, caffeine, tribulus and horny goat weed are missing from the picture.
- Each gummy carries 3 g of added sugar, 6% of the daily value, taken every day.
- Each gummy carries 5 mg of caffeine. A cup of coffee holds roughly twenty times that (FDA, 2024).
Those five sentences decide how the rest of the site reads. A guide that skipped them would be describing a different product.
They are also the five facts a sales page has the least reason to lead with, which is why they lead here.

Where the numbers in these pages come from
None of the cited work studied this finished gummy. It covers single ingredients, usually at amounts an 82 mg blend cannot reach, and each page says so where it matters.
If the bottle has already arrived
Half of the readers here have bought already. The order of the pages changes for them, and three come first.
Check the bottle today
Seven arrival checks, starting with the seal under the cap, before the first gummy.

1 gummy a day, tied to something you already do, with the storage range that keeps gummies apart.
Read more →Note the purchase date
The 60-day window counts from it, and a 30-day bottle runs out long before it closes.
Read more →What no page in this hub will do
- Promise a result, a feeling or a timeline
- Print a price, a saving or a countdown
- Name a doctor, laboratory or reviewer who has not reviewed this site
- Quote an amount for any of the eight unbroken blend ingredients
- Suggest a supplement in place of a doctor's appointment
Erection or drive problems can signal heart disease or diabetes, which is the one point in this category worth repeating. See a doctor rather than shopping.
If a page here and your bottle disagree, the bottle is right. Send the sentence to [email protected].
Questions about the Jelly Force guides
Where should a first-time reader start?
With the panel page. It prints every line on the wrap, including the one blend row that decides how much of this product is knowable.
What is the difference between a guide and a post?
A guide explains a concept that applies to any supplement in this category. A post starts from a question this label raises and follows it out to public sources.
Do the guides repeat the product pages?
No. The product pages report what the wrap prints for this gummy. The guides teach the reading method, using this panel as the worked example.
Is any of this medical advice?
None of it. These pages summarise a label and public research. A clinician who can see your history is the right person to ask about your own body, especially before starting anything new.
Who wrote the guides?
Writers at Jellyforcebalance, the licensed U.S. retail desk for Jelly Force. No outside doctor, researcher or reviewer is named, because none has reviewed this site.
Do the guides name amounts for each ingredient?
They cannot. The panel prints 82 mg for the whole blend and only breaks out the 5 mg of caffeine, so eight amounts stay unpublished.
How often is the hub updated?
When the label changes, when a cited source moves, or when a reader reports an error to [email protected]. No schedule is published.
Where do order questions go?
To the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480, which covers orders, tracking, changes and refunds. None of that is visible from the website inbox.
